Friday and Saturday evening I will be assisting Chef Nick Comeau and The Murphy Family at Bradford Country Club for their Spring Dinner to kick off the season and celebrate the Masters tournament that weekend. The menu is the creation of Chef Comeau which included a 4 course dinner for just $79 per couple. Full Menu Here
This will be this years 2nd installment of the special dinner series hosted by Chef Nick. “Originally, this was not the plan” said Chef Comeau. “People wanted to come for Valentines”, that’s how it all started. Not only was it completely sold out within just 3 days of the idea but it seems like it was a huge success. “We do mostly sandwiches and burgers”, (during the season); “having Chef Tom Grella allows us to do something special” explained Chef Comeau. Bradford Country Club is seasonal and closed in the off season but demand for a Valentines Dinner by the membership inspired this whole thing.
“This is an opportunity for Nick and I to just have fun and do the food we love. Since I’ve closed Prelude I’ve been out of the kitchen so it’s nice to get back”, said Tom Grella. Tom no longer runs a restaurant instead he hosts this weekly podcast and manages social media specifically for restaurant through his company RSME. “I still love to cook, I just don’t want to run a restaurant everyday”. So if you enjoyed Prelude and Tom’s cooking you may want to book a table for this special dinner. We cant be sure the next time you will be able to eat his food, unless of course you get invited to dinner at his house.
