Weekly Recipe: Peach Cobbler

This week’s recipe is Peach Cobbler

We make this recipe a lot in our house switching it up seasonally sometimes.  You can use frozen peaches if fresh are not available, if I do I defrost them first and add a teaspoon or two of sugar and let sit for an hour.  That gives them a fresh taste.  You can also use fresh or frozen berries.  It is very easy to make but good to serve company as well.
